Common questions
Open the app and enter your mobile number. We send a one-time password (OTP) to that number — enter it to sign in. If the OTP does not arrive within a minute, check your mobile network and tap “Resend”, or email us at info@wetheleader.org.
Make sure your mobile number is entered correctly with the right country code and that you have network coverage. Wait about a minute and tap “Resend”. If you still cannot log in, email info@wetheleader.org from the number you registered with and we will help you.
Browse the activities listed in the app and join one that interests you. After you take part, upload a photo as proof of your contribution. Your service is then added to your profile and counts towards your impact.
Go to Profile and choose Edit to update your name, photo and other details. Changes are saved to your account instantly.
We only collect the information we need to run the movement, and we never sell your data. For full details, please read our Privacy Notice.
Use the in-app report option on any content, submit the Report Form, or email info@wetheleader.org describing what happened. We review reports promptly and act on objectionable content or abusive behaviour within 24 hours.
You can request deletion at any time by submitting the Account Deletion Request, from within the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account), or by emailing info@wetheleader.org from your registered mobile number with the subject “Delete my account”. Verified requests are processed within 7 business days, except where we are required to keep certain records by law.
