We The Leaders is an adults-only (18+) social platform operated by We The Leaders Foundation for our volunteering and community movement. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This document describes the standards and measures we maintain to prevent, detect and respond to such content and conduct, in line with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.

1. Zero-tolerance policy

The following are strictly prohibited on We The Leaders and will result in immediate removal, permanent account termination, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that sexualises minors, real or simulated.
• Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or any attempt to contact, exploit or endanger a minor.
• Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE content.
• Trafficking, or facilitating the trafficking, of minors.
• Any other content or behaviour that endangers children.

2. Adults-only platform

We The Leaders is intended solely for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly permit or target users under 18. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed. Age is a condition of registration and use.

3. Preventing and detecting CSAE

• Content moderation. User-generated content (posts, reels, comments, profiles and media) is subject to moderation. Content may be reviewed before or after publication, and violating content is removed.
• Account enforcement. Accounts that violate these standards are suspended or permanently banned. We take steps to prevent banned users from returning.
• In-app reporting. Every user can report content or accounts they believe violate these standards (see Section 4).
• Ongoing review. We periodically review and improve our safety measures and moderation processes.

4. How to report CSAE

If you encounter content or behaviour that may involve the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child:

• In the app: use the Report option available on posts, reels, comments and profiles. Reports are sent to our moderation team for review and action.
• Web report form: submit the Report Form with the content link, ID, username or member ID.
• By email: contact our child-safety team at info@wetheleader.org.

We review reports promptly, remove violating content, terminate offending accounts, and report to the appropriate authorities as required by law. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement right away. In India, you can also call the national child helpline 1098 (Childline).

5. Reporting to authorities

Where we identify apparent CSAE or CSAM, we report it to the relevant national authority and/or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate body in our operating jurisdiction, and we preserve information as required by applicable law. We cooperate with law-enforcement requests in accordance with the law.

6. Legal compliance

We comply with applicable child-safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where We The Leaders is available — including, in India, the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it — including laws relating to CSAM reporting and record preservation.
